Svetlana is a Senior Manager and Director of Not-For-Profit Organizations Services at TZR, where she brings more than 20 years of experience to a diverse and evolving client base.

Her practice spans assurance, tax compliance and advisory services for private corporations, owner-managed businesses, joint ventures, partnerships and not-for-profit organizations. Within this broad scope, she has developed particular depth in the not-for-profit sector, advising registered charities, legal aid organizations, foundations and associations on the financial and regulatory considerations that shape their operations. 

Svetlana’s expertise runs the gamut from corporate financial reporting across a range of organizational structures, partnership compliance including T5013 preparation and corporate tax engagements to a full spectrum of audit and assurance mandates. 

Throughout, she remains instrumentally involved in each engagement, from early-stage risk assessment and planning through execution and final reporting. This allows her to stay closely attuned to each client’s priorities, respond to issues as they arise and deliver consistently high-quality service.

For Svetlana, the work extends beyond technical delivery. She takes pride in supporting organizations that serve broader communities, helping them strengthen their financial foundations so they can focus on their missions with confidence.

Alongside her client work, she remains actively engaged in the firm’s professional development initiatives, contributing to continuing education programs designed to keep TZR’s team up to date with evolving standards and best practices in auditing, accounting, tax and related topics.
