George G. Lovrics brings over 30 years of distinguished experience in public accounting, with a career defined by technical excellence and trusted leadership in audit and assurance. He recently joined the firm as a Partner from Stern Lovrics, further strengthening the depth and experience of our assurance practice.
As a senior member of the firm’s assurance team, George leads complex engagements for both publicly listed and privately held entities, with particular depth in the mining and exploration sector, as well as a broad range of other industries.
Throughout his career, George has advised domestic and international clients on financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and assurance matters, earning a reputation for delivering pragmatic insights and maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity. His extensive experience with public company audits enables him to guide clients through evolving reporting requirements with confidence and clarity.
George holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and earned his Chartered Accountant designation in Ontario in 1984. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and maintains memberships with CPA Ontario and CPA British Columbia. He is also licensed to practice as a Public Accountant (LPA).
